A 60 min rowing specific fitness workout

  • HIIT circuit

  • Mobility/ stretch

 Coached, with close attention to all movement techniques for efficiency (skill, strength and speed) and injury prevention. Moderations available for all abilities.

Crew Led or Individual- free sessions

The LARC Clubhouse if available for self guided training sessions using the Ergs/ Concept 2 Indoor rowing machine for cardio and rowing skill technique, free weights for dynamic strength, stretch bands for isometric conditioning, gym mats for flexibility.

  • Buddy Up- LARC will train up ‘gym buddies’ to help guide, encourage and keep you company! Any budding buddies, please reach out to Caroline.

  • Zoom ergos-There are all sorts of sessions to suit, at all times of day. Sign up for any and you will be sent a Zoom link. You can set your phone or tablet up alongside your ergo, or if you have a cradle to put on your PM5, you can put it on that. Try it. People who have, love it.
