Club Captain, Hugo Mills, explains the challenge: ‘The Olympics always attracts a lot of interest from people of all ages who want to get into rowing, both to compete and for the health and wellbeing benefits.  But we’re limited at the moment by the number and type of boats we have, so we need to get ready by buying at least one new boat, suitable for younger and recreational rowers, in time for the Olympics so more local people can try and enjoy the sport.’
